I have just completed extensive research and evaluation of video chat/conferencing systems for use by CAS for our monthly Board Meetings. We have been using Google Hangout which has been pretty good but plagued with glitches and difficulties often times. I am convinced that much of the trouble has come from poor or unsuitable Internet connections provided by the two places we hold our meetings, SONY Pictures and Disney.
I decided we should go with GoToMeeting service which is a paid service unlike Google Hangout which is free. I am very pleased with the decision and look forward to trying it out at our next meeting.
